At The Turntable Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-fidelity audio experience. If your equipment doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Equipment

  Carefully repack the turntable and all accessories in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all protective foam and stylus guards are securely in place to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
