"STEREOPHONIC" is printed in an arc across the top of the labels. The band name is in a slightly smaller font than the album title printed above it. MCA is listed with a New York address, not California. Includes 12-page stapled booklet with artwork and lyrics. Tri-fold gatefold cover, opens from reverse. The booklet lists different titles for the following tracks: A2 : 1921 A4 : The Hawker C2 : Pin Ball Wizard C3 : There's A Doctor C4 : Go To The Mirror!
