TASCAM's CD-A500 brings together two popular consumer media formats in one very affordable and space conscious package. The CD player and cassette deck can act as totally separate units with individual outputs on the back panel, or the combination can be capitalized upon by using direct dubbing, long play (combo) capabilities, and an input-saving cascade output mode. Rear panel unbalanced (RCA) I/O connections and a wireless remote are standard. The CD-A500 is designed to be affordable, easy to use, and reliable.
