Notes:

Stereo pressing, identified by the fact that the matrix in each runout begins with "DS" rather than just "D" (mono pressings drop the "S"). However, the labels are for the mono pressing, as the catalog number is D-50029, and there is no mention of stereo (they are identical to those on [r=2602345). There is a noticeable space between the D and the dash, where the S would normally appear. The jacket is for the stereo version (i.e. "stereophonic" on the front and the stereo catalog number, DS-50029).
