As per the BaOI, the runout has a circled MR (Monarch Record Co.) stamp which is scratched out, meaning it was NOT pressed at Monarch. Also has a "P" which is indicative of a Pitman Columbia pressing.  Also has the "∆13596" indicative of a Monarch plating/mastering.  Therefore, the attribution of manufacturing is: "mastered" by Monarch, and "pressed" by Pitman. Side note: there also exists a similar Terre Haute-pressed version with the same crossed-out MR circle.
