Stereo Headphones (1973-77)

SE-405 is a model produced by Pioneer in the 70s. The headphones are equipped with dynamic, large (70 mm) speakers ensuring full reproduction of the constantly present dynamic bass, which beautifully integrates with open “midrange” and subdued and precise pitches. Thanks to their design, the headphones effectively reduce external sounds and work well as studio monitors. This model is also equipped with volume potentiometers – separately for each channel. Another noticeable feature is the elegant and modernist design of this model. The outer part of the ear pad is covered with soft eco leather as are the hand-trimmed pads and sponge on the headband.
