This version has a mock leather textured sleeve. Early copies come with a large 4 page booklet with credits, lyrics and photos. "Songbird" recorded at Zellerback Auditorium, U.C. Berkeley, March 3rd, 1976. Columbia Pitman pressing variation, with label typesetting from [l376197, plus some copies bearing metal parts from [l313266 and [l403953 (and "Pitman" written in script in the deadwax of such stampers), with delta numbers from [l264380 (but not their stamped 'MR' in a circle); typesetting layout differs from Capitol's own pressings in that: - Track selections all below spindle hole - Except for Track B1, arranged thus: Title, songwriter credit, running time (right next to same, rather than justified right), followed by publisher and rights society
