White label edition, with some copies appearing to have used the reverse side of old promo labels (the writing is mirrored and barely legible; see photos). Track A5 is mislabeled on the back cover as "If I Could Do It All Over I Do It All Over You." Side B is cut too close to the label and therefore ends by abruptly jumping onto the label surface. The matrix runout is illegible because of this.
