Notes:

The labels on this release are nearly identical to [r11675302. Outer ring says "CBS Masterworks" repeated four times (instead of just "Columbia"), with no "eyes", and the word "Masterworks" doesn't appear on its own at 12 o'clock on the labels. "CBS Masterworks" is printed in orange. All other printing is black. The labels are brown.
Variations with this version: info to the left of spindle hole lists "S2 160," OL number for that side and the word "Mono." 
Right side of spindle hole has the side listing and XLP number (not "x-LP") for that side.
This box has a sticker folded across the spine with a UPC code. (See photos)

Box is 12.75" across, 12.5" tall, secured by black binding. Each LP is in a cardboard sleeve and a paper sleeve within that.

Auto-coupled: Record I contains sides A and D ("Volume I"); record II contains sides B and C ("Volume II").
 
Side B has one track less than original (4 tracks), side C has one track more than original (7). I Got Rhythm is moved from B5 to C1. Track B3 is erroneously credited to Billy Rose on this release.
